Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Requesting copies of all Amendments and Extensions for Photo Enforcement Program.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Kory,
The City of Muscatine's records policy provides that fees be charged for
records search requests. The Assistant Police Chief has indicated that it
will take 1 hour of his time to research and respond to your request. His
hourly rate is $47.09. Let me know if you would like to pay this amount by
credit card over the telephone and I will inform my staff that you may be
calling with the credit card information. Our number is 563-264-1550.
Please call 8-noon or 1 to 5 as our office is not open over the lunch hour.
