According to the other agency’s they gave you the files so give me the file copy and that way i can begin my work once i get it. Until then criminals remain a risk to the public and let me be 100% clear I have provided details of this fact years ago. I also own a business and told my 30,000 clients I will not be re opening my store after 25 years if the Police do not stop trying to help Tiffany Jenks lair family.;

Our Records Office where the reports are maintained is at our Troutdale location. Payments for police report requests are processed through this office. I checked with the front desk and Fiscal employees that work at the building on Hawthorne and they confirmed they do not have any payments in this amount.

I hope to get all CCV from Bars x2, from 205 and mystic, along with my audio for my interviews x2, audio from all other interviews and Michelle worden Brosey 7 hour interview. That should take care of the questions me and my huge fan base off 1 want to hear. Where was this sent? To MuckRock? It has not been received at the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.
Your last email states: The debits to my credit card for the fees in your invoice show payment made. I assume they will arrive Monday. Did you make a credit card payment or send a check? Please advise where, when, and to whom payment was made.
Do you have a phone number that I could call because the email communications regarding payment have conflicting information. We want to ensure that you receive your records request but cannot do so until the payment issue is sorted out. We also want to ensure that your payment is received at the correct place for your protection. We don’t want you to overpay or have the payment go somewhere other than the correct place.
The extra thumb drive for the reports and emails was ordered last week but because of COVID19 a lot of the deliveries are taking extra time. I don’t have an ETA for this but will let you know as soon as it arrives and the reports are ready to go.

Because its well known I am investigating a murder of a loved one and that the information if given will result in a clear public benefit the fees for his search should be considered part of a public benifit. However i assume all party’s in all agencies will not waive my child’s future school money so I will ask those at the appeal office for a credit.

The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office has not received payment for this records request. It sounds like you may have submitted payment to MuckRock however, no payment has been received by the Sheriff’s Office. If we receive two payments from them, we will return one to you. However, you may have to request a refund from them if they don’t send multiple payments to us.
You may want to follow up with MuckRock regarding what payment(s) they received and where/when they forwarded them.
As soon as payment has been received, we will let you know.
I do not have information regarding ID Discovery’s request. I believe that was processed by the Fairview Police Department before they merged with the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO). MCSO treats public records requests the same regardless of if the requestor is a member of the public or the media so we would have charged ID Discovery.
This case is cleared by arrest/conviction and that is why we are able to release the report. No further investigation is needed.
