From: Department of Interior, Office of the Secretary

Dear Mr. Tobias,

The Office of the Secretary FOIA Office is reaching back out regarding your FOIA request DOI-OS-2021-000135 made on October 7, 2020. Your request sought “Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Aurelia Skipwith that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "foreseeable future", "sea level rise", "sea level", "Key deer" and/or "climate change." This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2018."

We are reaching out to you to see if you would be willing to narrow your request. We ran an initial search and we got back 3,248 hits, meaning this will be likely 3 times that number of pages at a minimum. We would suggest combining some of the keywords using "AND" rather than "OR" to better tailor the search to the topic you may be seeking as the keywords by themselves are too broad. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
Thanks,
Cindy

Hi Cindy,

I would prefer to keep or, but I am willing to drop the search term "foreseeable future" if that would help.

Thank you!

Jimmy
