-Emails to or from Lieutenant Carolyn Nunn, Lieutenant David Allen, and Office Rick Woolrige regarding Salisa Luster, Louisville Metro Police Department Crime Scene Unit Case Number 0416208, Laboratory Number 08-J-02214.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please find attached correspondence for Lt. Dave Allen of the LMPD regarding case # 80-08-030534. Pursuant to KRS 61.878(1)(a)the victim's name and address are exempt from release as this information constitutes an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. The DNA report has also been removed pursuant to 03-ORD-168 and 05-ORD-251 which state that records produced pertaining to DNA samples shall only be used for law enforcement purposes.
Both Lt. Carolyn Nunn and Officer Rick Woodridge are retired from the LMPD and this office is unable to locate any correspondence for either officer.
