Dear Elc,

Good afternoon! I *thought* this request seemed familiar, so I looked back through my notes and actually found the ones I made after our conversation on February 13. On that date we discussed you making a data request through our ADE Data Center https://adedata.arkansas.gov/drra/

The information you request is less a FOIA than a data request. The distinction matters because a FOIA is for documents we already have, and it does not require us to create documents. This is not laziness, I promise! Research requests such as these should be considered by our data center because they are set up to collect information and generate reports. I cannot promise anyone in our agency has access to all the particular information you seek.

When we spoke in February I believe (again, this is what I jotted down in my notes) you looked up the link above while we were on the phone. Did you make a request through the data center at that time? If so, have you received any response (even an acknowledgement your request )? If you made the request and haven't heard anything, it's best to call them: 501.682.3890.
