To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Records of the September 25, 2020 incident wherein a group of approximately ten demonstrators attempted to leave a letter for staff of the US Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of New York (named intended recipients as former EDNY USA Richard Donoghue, current EDNY USA Seth DuCharme, AUSA Tanya Hajjar and AUSA Mark Lesko). The group is described as possessing a video camera.

In parallel, I also request records of an associated package being left for former EDNY Assistant United States Attorney Moira Penza "at her law firm address."

Upon information and belief, said demonstrators were instructed to perform said deliveries by Keith Raniere, a federal prisoner awaiting sentencing. They have referred to themselves by the names "We Are As You" and/or "Make Justice Blind."

I specifically request the following, if available:

• Surveillance footage of the aforementioned incident at the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York on September 25, 2020;
• Any log of incident prepared as a routine matter, including narrative (dated September 25, 2020 or later);
• Any record of correspodnence with the individuals identified as Suneel Chakravorty and/or Eduardo Asunsolo regarding the incident (dated September 25, 2020 or later);
• Any email correspondence with addresses bearing domain names wearetheforgottenones.org or makejusticeblind.com (dates possibly from April 1, 2020 or later);
• Any intelligence report naming the group We Are As You and/or Make Justice Blind, including Twitter accounts @WeAreAsYou or @BlindfoldHer (dates possibly from April 1, 2020 or later).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

T. McElwee
