Pursuant to the New Hampshire "Access to Government Records and Meetings" Statute (RSA Ch. 91-A), I hereby request the following records:
A log of public records requests submitted to the Department of Education that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the date the request was filled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2004 to the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is made in the process of academic research and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Department of Education is in the process of reviewing its records to determine if there are documents responsive to your request. Due to duration of time covered in the inquiry, I anticipate it may take several weeks to review our files. The Department will contact you by March 31, 2016 to inform you if there are documents that are responsive.

You have requested a "log of public records requests submitted to the Department of Education that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the date the request was filled" for the period of time from 2004 to the present.
The Department of Education does not maintain a centralized log of public record requests. Therefore, there is no record responsive to your request.
To the extent that individuals within the Department track record requests that are directed to their attention, those records would be considered exempt from the provisions of RSA 91-A, pursuant to RSA 91-A:5, VIII.
