Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

According to RESOLUTION NO. RS2018-1486, passed by the Metro Nashville City Council at the November 20, 2018 City Council meeting, the Metro Nashville Police Department was approved to continue participating in a statewide "equitable sharing program" of civil asset forfeiture funds with the Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Administration.

Documents sufficient to show all revenues received by the Metro Nashville Police Department or the Metro Government of Nashville from the MNPD's participation in the "equitable sharing program" of civil asset forfeiture funds with the Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Administration for fiscal years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
