To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all files, reports, background information, memos, directives, investigatory materials, communications, as well as any other attachments and relevant materials regarding John Morris Fisher (Born: April 20th, 1922; Deceased: January 20th, 2013). Please include all materials gathered in reference to him during his lifetime and posthumously, including all materials in any tangential or cross-reference databases (active or defunct) or ELSUR indexes, in addition to those materials found in the Central Records System.
During World War II, Fisher was an Army Air Corps pilot, flying 28 combat missions in B24's for which he was decorated several times. He served as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1947 to 1953. In 1953, he became National Director for Security with Sears, Roebuck and Company. In 1955, he founded the American Security Council and was President and Chief Executive Officer until his retirement in 2002. In addition, he founded the Communications Corporation of American in 1972 and served as Chairman until his death. In 1978, John Fisher joined the board of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP).
