Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Any communications created between 1/1/2019 and present documenting solicitations made by entities outside of the Department of Corrections to employ individuals incarcerated or supervised by the Department of Corrections, including parolees, probationers, and those residing in county jails, halfway houses, and receiving reentry services. Please include all agency responses.

2) Any communications created between 1/1/2019 and present regarding the employment of individuals incarcerated or supervised by the Department of Corrections, including parolees, probationers, and those residing in county jails, halfway houses, and receiving reentry services.

Please provide documents on a rolling basis as they become available.
