Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Jose j moreno inmate # 82980 full phone records since Jose j moreno # 82980 phone logs of call made from inmate pin collect calls and cause bought by inmate commissary. A list of all visitors applied and accepted buy New Mexico Corrections Department. And all of the write-ups given to Mr moreno since incarceration May 18th 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
