Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all underlying documentation, including interview transcripts, investigative documents, memos, notes or any other underlying documentation, that relate to or otherwise informed the January 2023 HHS OIG report titled "The National Institutes of Health and EcoHealth Alliance Did Not Effectively Monitor Awards and Subawards, Resulting In Missed Opportunities To Oversee Research and Other Deficiencies".
