Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All contracts and subcontracts with Global Resource Systems, LLC dated between Jan. 1, 2014 and the date this request is ultimately processed.
- All proposals, including any winning proposals, submitted to the Dept. of Defense by Global Resource Systems, LLC between the dates of Jan. 1, 2014 and the date this request is ultimately processed.
- All correspondence with Global Resource Systems, LLC, related to its contractual work, including any documents delivered by the contractor in fulfillment of its contract(s) between the dates of Jan. 1, 2014 and the date this request is ultimately processed. Please be sure to include attachments to any emails.
When delivering the responsive documents related to this request, please specifically certify that no other responsive documents exist beyond those provided by your agency as part of this request.
The requested information will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and/or activities of the government, and is not primarily in my commercial interest.
In order to help determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am a freelance journalist whose work is published regularly by print and digital news outlets and magazines. As a member of the media, I request a waiver of all fees. In the event that there are fees, I am willing to pay up to $25 for the requested information. If the fee for this request exceeds this amount, please notify me in writing for permission prior to beginning work on the request.

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Freedom of Information Act

Be advised that DCMA's mission is to administer contracts assigned to this
agency by various DoD services in accordance with the Federal Acquisition

allow release authority for DoD contracts that are not funded by DCMA.

DCMA funded a contract for requested documents please provide more detail
about the records being sought (contract number(s) and dates of document(s))
to facilitate a proper search.
DCMA is not obligated to create, compile, or obtain a record to satisfy a
FOIA request, nor is the FOIA a research service.
Your request has been reviewed to ensure it is a proper FOIA request,
please provide a Contract Number related to the requested information. Fees
will not be an issue on this request.
A review will be completed upon receipt of the above mentioned information
and you will be notified as to the status of your perfected request. If we
do not receive a response by February 25, 2022 we will consider this request
