Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All Dept. of Defense contracts and subcontracts related to "persona management" dated between Jan. 1, 2008 and the date this request is ultimately processed.
- All proposals, including the winning proposal, submitted to the Dept. of Defense related to "persona management" between the dates of Jan. 1, 2008 and the date this request is ultimately processed.
- All correspondence with the winning contractor(s), including any documents delivered by the contractor in fulfillment of the contract(s), and any documents related to the use or planned use of the tools requested in the contract. Please be sure to include attachments to any emails.
When delivering the responsive documents related to this request, please also specifically certify that no other responsive documents exist beyond those provided by your agency as part of this request.
The requested information will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and/or activities of the government, and is not primarily in my commercial interest.
In order to help determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am a freelance journalist whose work is published regularly by print and digital news outlets and magazines. You can view my portfolio at www.erinmariemiller.com/clips. I have previously been determined a media requester by other federal agencies in earlier FOIA requests.
As a member of the media, I request a waiver of all fees. In the event that there are fees, I am willing to pay up to $25 for the requested information. If the fee for this request exceeds this amount, please notify me in writing for permission prior to beginning work on the request.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Freedom of Information Act

Be advised that DCMA's mission is to administer contracts assigned to this
agency by various DoD services in accordance with the Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR), part 42. This administrative responsibility does not
allow release authority for DoD contracts that are not funded by DCMA.
There is no "all encompassing" agency that maintains all DoD contracts.
Please direct requests related to the Military Services, Combatant Commands,
or other Defense Agencies to the appropriate organization/component that

DCMA is not obligated to create, compile, or obtain a record to satisfy a
FOIA request, nor is the FOIA a research service.
Your request has been reviewed to ensure it is a proper FOIA request,
please provide a Contract Number related to the requested information. Fees
will not be an issue on this request.
A review will be completed upon receipt of the above mentioned information
and you will be notified as to the status of your perfected request. If we

Per our phone conversation dated March 1, 2022 I stated that FOIA 22-038 was
closed on February 28, 2022 as an un-perfected FOIA Request. We also closed
FOIA 22-039 as an un-perfected request.
In order to do a proper search for the documents you are requesting we need
a contract number associated with the requested information.
Again, both FOIA Requests; 22-038 and 22-039 are now closed actions at the
Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) FOIA Office.
