This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking laboratory tests, analysis, HPLC tests, GCMS tests, ELISA Tests, memorandums of any of the afformentioned, and any other form of scientific or otherwise objective analysis or testing that the Department of Defense either conducted, or has commissioned to have conducted, on dietary supplements, from January 1st 2010 through Thursday, June 30th, 2016.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am a member of the media and I am requesting that any fees be waived.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This letter is our response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request dated July 7, 2016, in which you requested laboratory tests, analysis, HPLC tests, GCMS tests, ELISA Tests, memorandums of any of the afformentioned, and any other form of scientific or otherwise objective analysis or testing that the Department of Defense either conducted, or has commissioned to have conducted, on dietary supplements, from January 1st 2010 through Thursday, June 30th, 2016.

The 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) does not maintain the requested records. You may want to see if the Department of Health Affairs might be able to help you obtain the requested records.
