Dear FOI Officer,

I'm enclosing my public records request here as a PDF attachment.

I imagine it's a chaotic time to be running a FOI office and as such, I am especially grateful to you for processing this request.

In gratitude,

Hi, Mr. Martin,

Thank you for engaging with my request. I'm wondering if you might be able to clarify how you went about conducting the search for records. I'm also writing to confirm specifically that there are no records, including "any briefings, reports, memoranda, legal opinions, policy statements, or talking points used or disseminated within the Agency regarding the drafting or deletion of tweets." Are there therefore not internal guidelines dictating how social media accounts at DHHS are to be run?

I'm writing, because I want to give every agency that has responded with a "no records" response the opportunity to be maximally transparent.

Thank you,

Muira McCammon
