Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking copies of all COVID-19 vaccine plans for staff, ICE detainees, and any other individuals currently housed at Bedford Heights City Jail.
I am also seeking copies of all correspondence between staff members at Bedford Heights City Jail and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), regarding the coronavirus vaccine plan at the facility.
I am submitting this request in my capacity as a full-time journalist at Insider, Inc. in New York City. This request is being submitted in the course of news gathering.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Bedford jail has been closed since last April. Our records team in checking to see if there are any emails. It is my understanding that we have not had ICE detainees.
