Hi there,

Thank you for your response. The time frame would be between 1/1/2000 and the date this request is processed. I received an email from a Brittany Hughes on the 12th asking me to call and provide additional information. I was about to give her a call when I saw your email. Is the time frame the information she was seeking?

Thanks,
Evan

From: Keaton, Katelyn

Yes I believe that is the information she needed as well. I will do some research to see what sort of documents we have and will reach back out to you as soon as I can.

Mr. Anderson,
The following documents are available given the specified time frame:
20 Incident Reports
-2 of the incidents are warrant arrests in which case the only document we may have on file would be a booking sheet. Would you be interested in those?
CAD Listing
12 911 calls (the calls are only kept on file for 1 year)
Are you interested in obtaining all of the above documents? If not, please specify as to which you will need.

Mr. Anderson,
I sent the below email dated October 25th 2017 to the address attached to your second request (for information regarding 1268 St. Paul, 1260 St. Paul, and 800 Holland).
The below estimate is a total for all of the information you are requesting.

Hi Ms. Keaton,

Unfortunately I didn't see a fee estimate. Can you resend it?

Thanks,
Evan

From: Fenton Police Department

Below is another copy of the email. Good morning Mr. Anderson: This purpose of this email is to provide you with an estimate of fees to process your requests. The estimated amount of time to research and compile the records you are seeking is approximately four hours at a rate of $13.87 per hour = $55.48. This estimate includes all the addresses in both requests you have submitted. I have included both requests below for your reference. Please note our research reveals there is a Castlewood Treatment Center located at 1268 St. Paul Rd. Ballwin, MO 63021 rather than 1269 St. Paul as documented in your below request. In addition, pursuant to Section 610.150, R.S.Mo. 911 calls are closed records and will not be available. The estimated total to provide you with the documents you are seeking is $55.48. We accept cash, credit cards and checks (payable to St. Louis County), and it can be sent to 7900 Forsyth Blvd. Clayton, MO 63105. Please send it to my attention along with a copy of this email. We can begin to process your request once payment is received. Please note this is an estimate. If the actual amount is more, you will be required to pay the difference prior to receiving the documents.   If the actual amount is less, you will be refunded the difference.

Hi Ms. Keaton,

Thank you. I believe the source of the confusion was that this is for both requests which are in separate email threads. You should receive a check for $55.48 sometime soon.

Best,
Evan

Mr. Anderson,
Attached are the requested documents as well as your receipt for payment. A couple of things to note:
-Our CAD lists only go back to 2009, but I have included any available reports associated with the specified addresses during the timeframe you specified (2000-present).
-On the CAD list, any call for a Warrant Arrest (abbreviated WRARST) does not have a report written.
-Accident report 13-50097 which can be found on the CAD list for 800 Holland is unable to be located.
-Police report 10-56371 which can be found on the CAD list for 800 Holland was voided before a formal report was written.
-For the CAD lists, I have also attached a list of definitions for the abbreviations used to describe the nature of the call. Match up the abbreviation on the CAD list with the abbreviation on the attachment for a full explanation. Ex: AANO = Auto Accident No Injuries
-In regards to the burglary alarm calls, the attached documents is the only information we have available for those types of calls.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks, Katelyn Keaton DSN 4563
