To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide County fuel purchasing procedures.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Currently the Butler County Regional Transit Authority (BCRTA) does not purchase fuel in bulk, so no documents exist related to your request. Furthermore, BCRTA is an independent political subdivision of the State of Ohio and is not a party to any Butler County fueling arrangements or purchases. Please feel free to contact us if you desire other public records.
