BPD Police Union Contract, Salary & Benefits (Bakersfield Police Department)

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., this coalition of organizations, which is engaged in the dissemination of information to the public, requests access to and copies of the following information in electronic, searchable/sortable format, where applicable.

1 - We seek the most recent contract or memorandum of understanding between the representatives of management for the City of Bakersfield and the Bakersfield Police Officers Association, including the salary schedule; and

2 - We seek salary and benefits records for all sworn officers of the Bakersfield Police Department between the years 2014-2021. Specifically, we seek records describing regular pay, overtime pay, and other pay, as well as benefits, for each officer for each year.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
