I am well aware of the legal responsibility your department has to uphold in order to stay within the confines of this request and state law and I have worked on FOIA and VTFOIA requests many times in the past few years. I am well versed on the time table the State Of Vermont has afforded agencies to respond and to produce documents requested for the publics use and benefit / private for profit use is no different.

I would appreciate and encourage your agency to respond within the legal time frame afforded under the law in order to save us time and energy later on. I am more then glad to help answer or tweak this request if need be, please feel free to communicate with me about any changes or questions that need attention, explanations or changes for this request to proceed, even if those changes may be needed I expect a response within the legal timeframe afforded by the VSS and that of the greater FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) framework at a federal level.

Thanks,

Craig A.C.McDermott

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
