I am reaching out concerning my Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests, which I submitted over 20 business days ago. Regrettably, I have not received any response, leading me to interpret this lack of communication as a denial. In light of these circumstances, I am formally initiating an appeal.

Per the Freedom of Information Law, I am aware that the responsible entity for reviewing appeals must respond within 10 business days of receiving the appeal. Should my appeal be denied, I kindly request a comprehensive, written explanation elucidating the grounds for such denial, as mandated by legal requirements.
