Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the current contract between the County and the current vendor for inmate communication services at the County Correctional / Detention Facility. This may encompass telecommunication, kiosk, and mobile tablet services. I am requesting that the information provided contain the term and expiration date of the current contract (including any optional contract extensions), as well as the current telecommunications provider and the services currently being provided pursuant to the agreement.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The Mono County Sheriff's Office is in receipt of your California Records Act request dated April 3, 2018 which was forwarded to me.
Attached is a copy of our agreement with Securus Technologies, who provides telephone service for the inmates at our facility. This agreement renews every three years until we or Securus choose to terminate it. Also attached is our agreement with Edovo who provides learning and some entertainment services via tablets that are available to the inmates. The tablets do not access the world wide web but have contact solely with Edovo's server. The tablets are provided by the Mono County Sheriff at no cost to the inmates.
