Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please release of any and all relevant documents, complaints, images, records, and archived material concerning the 1988 Hance Park incident described in the included police blotter article from the Asbury Park Press, Asbury Park, New Jersey, Wed, Apr 13, 1988, Page 121. Persons associated with the matter include Patrolman Barry Graves and Investigator Glenn Rogers. The location of Hance Park is 112 William St, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724.

Additionally, any and all relevant material deemed to be otherwise releasable. This material should include any associated records of witnesses and/or victims, and all other associated records, material, or documents that were voluntarily submitted by private citizens regarding the event, the victim, and the perpetrator. Documents with required redactions made of personally identifying information will be accepted to allow the release of all relevant information, as long as redactions are made of personally identifying information.

I request that you provide all responsive records, regardless of the format in which they are stored. Additionally, I request that the records be provided on a rolling basis, as they become available, rather than waiting until all records are assembled.

Finally, I would like to note that any attempt to withhold public information be appealed. The documents requested in this request will not being used for commercial purposes.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
