Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), contract guidelines, charter guidelines or records documenting guidelines for collaborative agreement between your agency and any local, state or federal law enforcement multijurisdictional task forces, committees, coalitions, councils or commissions for fiscal years of both 2022 and 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is in response to your Missouri Open Meetings and Records (“Sunshine Law”) request, which I received by email on September 18, 2023. The Sunshine Law, RSMo § 610.023.3, requires the Department to respond within three business days. This email serves as the required response.
Staff time to search for and produce records responsive to your request totaled one hour at a cost of $33.14. Section 610.026 also allows us to collect certain fees from requesters, including search, research, and staff time to respond to the request. If you wish to proceed with this request, please remit a check or money order in the amount of $33.14, directed to the attention of Janet Gordon, Custodian of Records and made out to “Department of Mental Health”. Please mail to Department of Mental Health, 1706 East Elm St. Jefferson City, MO 65102. After receipt of your check, I will proceed with processing your request.

I just wanted to update you that the payment for my request was sent by certified mail Monday, September 25th and will require a signature upon receipt. It was sent from a post office in St Louis, MO and estimated to have been there by today.
