Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

I hereby request the following records detailing compensation and occupation details for the most recent fiscal year available for individuals in the employ of this agency:

Please provide the following pieces of information for each employee:

1. Employee first and last name;
2. Unique ID (if applicable);
3. Race/Ethnicity;
4. Gender;
5. Hire date;
6. Job title or position;
7. Organizational unit;
8. Employee assigned location;
9. Salary;
10. Overtime;

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Judy,

After reviewing the statute, I understand that I requested information that is not open to the Sunshine request. If allowed, I would like to revise my request to list only available documents with employee name, position, salary and hire date for fiscal years of both 2022 and 2023. Also, I am requesting fees pleased be waived if at all possible. Or please notify me of any fees before fulfilling the request.

Attached is a spreadsheet containing those records sought in your records request. The below-provided definitions explains each employee class listed on the attached spreadsheet:
- PUS = designates exception based paid employees. Exception based employees are those paid salary listed unless we tell the system changes are necessary. An example would be using a leave without pay code
- HRLY = designates positive paid employees. These employees are paid hourly, and these hours must be entered into our system.

This fulfills and concludes this record request.
