Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the primary briefing materials prepared in part or whole for purposes of the Gubernatorial Transition Process, specifically any presentations created for or delivered to members of the Gubernatorial Transition Team for the new administration during November/December 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you so much for your response and your patience. 280 pages is definitely a lot, and out of respect for both of our time and resources, I'd definitely like to explore narrowing the request a bit. To start with, are there obvious summaries, introductory materials, and/or tables of contents that could be delivered while minimizing clerical and attorney time?

I do have a summary and an index that was prepared. I can email both to you to look at. Monday is a state holiday so we will probably be looking at Tuesday for me to get that to you. I would waive any fees associated with producing those records.
