Sarah,

Thank you for your help with this request, I really appreciate it. Is this the only invoice that I should expect to receive? I am just wondering if I should be prepared for additional fees for reproduction, if you do locate records that fulfill the request.

Sincerely,

Grace Raih

Ms. Raih -

The invoice is a cost estimate, and if we incur additional expenses while processing your request, we would send an additional invoice. If we overestimated the cost, we would issue a refund. I don't necessarily expect either to occur, but it is an option if necessary.
