Thanks, Adam.

Please feel free to forward any questions that you may have.

From: Department of Education

Hi e,
Thank you for your quick response. In speaking with the grants team, they stated that most requests for grants data are for grant agreements, applications, and reporting documents. Is that what you are interested in? While it is possible we could provide additional documents such as communications related to the grants, those are not necessarily centrally located and may take a considerable amount of time to pull, depending on their volume. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that the MTSS grant and NED grant are both still in process. Minnesota Statutes Section 15.599<https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/13.599> limits the amount of data that we can share publicly about grants during various phases of their process. As such, the amount of data we can share on those two grants is very limited at this time. Please let me know if you have any questions about that, or would like to modify the scope of your request as a result. I look forward to your response. Have a great day and take care!

Sincerely,
Adam

Good afternoon,

I am following up on the request for “a copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents for the Nonexclusionary Discipline State Funds – FY24 and FY25 – State Funds grant program.” At this point in time, the attached list of applicants and the amount requested is what is considered public data. Grant contracts are in process of being executed and more information could be shared once those are fully executed, which we anticipate occurring by the end of January.
Best,
Bette
