Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
Documents including memos, written requests, e-mails, arrest reports, case reports, or other documentation concerning the borrowing of or collaboration with the Hennepin County Sheriff's Department or Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension using their Stingrays or other IMSI catchers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

We have been informed that Minneapolis Police has not borrowed or collaborated with Hennepin County Sheriff's Office and/or BCA regarding using their IMSI catchers. You will have to contact Hennepin County Sheriff's Office and/or Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension if you want information if they use IMSI catchers.
