Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The current contract with the processing vendor for the speed on red and school zone speed enforcement programs in Milledgeville, GA with contract begin and end dates.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your open records request, attached is the professional
services agreement between the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Milledgeville and Red Speed Georgia, LLC for a speed photo enforcement
system. This agreement was signed on May 30, 2019 and the terms of the
agreement are more accurately set forth in section 5 entitled TERM AND
TERMINATION on page 3.
