Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
"All" body cam footage of Southfield police officers on 7-25-2023 though 7-26-2023, and a copy of new dui policy in Southfield, Michigan.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I have received your Freedom of Information request for all body cam footage of Southfield Police Officers and a new DUI policy in Southfield.
Could you please provide more information on what body cam footage you are seeking? The cost to provide body cam footage for two days will likely be very costly. Also our policies are available on our website https://www.michigan.gov/msp/about-msp/department-policies.
Please advise by 8/15 or I will proceed with you request as it is written.
