Hello,

I think I have received the wrong records. I did not file a request for records on employment policies, my request was for records on deaths in custody involving a Native female inmate.

Thank you,
Annita

Hello Annita,

I completed a search, and it seem two FOIA requests were submitted by muckrock.co. An email was sent on 9/26/18 to the email address listed on the original request. (See below.) It appears we inadvertently sent you a response to Ms. Lipton at muckrock.com on Sept. 28, 2018. However, we realized her information went out to the incorrect email address and it was resent to Ms. Lipton. We apologize for the mix up.

Attached is the information sent to you via email on 9/26/18 at 3:29 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you,

Barbara Brown
