The Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") Office of Eastern Michigan
University (“EMU”) has received your August 14, 2019 Michigan FOIA request
for evaluations, criteria for award, bid proposals/RFP responses, bid
results, university grading matrix, and breakdown of prices for Sill Hall
and Rec/IM bids.
This email serves as notification that EMU is extending the response due
date by ten (10) business days, as allowed by MCL15.235 of the Act
(attached). An internal request has been made to retrieve any records
which may exist. I will forward EMU's response no later than September 5,
2019.
