DTMB - MDHHS Email Response

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All responsive documents and records associated with the DTMB FOIA request initiated from the email address FOIArequests@erinmariemiller.com on June 4, 2021.

Responsive records should include but are not limited to the original request, the response letter emailed to the requester on June 8, 2021, message logs between DTMB and MDHHS related to the request, and any other responsive documents related to the request.

The request was not assigned a reference number by DTMB, but the response letter was sent via email from Saige Arend-Ritter, DTMB FOIA Coordinator, on 6-8-2021 in case that helps with your search.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Following up on this, the requested documents were sent to my private email today from Saige Ritter-Arend, the DTMB FOIA and Litigation Coordinator, instead of being sent to the email address from which this request originated (through Muckrock).

Please re-send the requested documents to the appropriate email address from which they were requested (through Muckrock).
