Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any correspondence between the MEDC and Michigan state representatives / state senators or their offices regarding the development of the Strategic Outreach Attraction Reserve (SOAR) Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5602 and Michigan Senate Bill 769; the Michigan Strategic Site Readiness Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5603 and Michigan Senate Bill 770; and the Critical Industry Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5604 and Michigan Senate Bill 771.

Copies of any Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) that the MEDC has signed with any Michigan State House Representatives or Michigan State Senators regarding the development of the Strategic Outreach Attraction Reserve (SOAR) Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5602 and Michigan Senate Bill 769; the Michigan Strategic Site Readiness Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5603 and Michigan Senate Bill 770; and the Critical Industry Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5604 and Michigan Senate Bill 771.

Any list of companies that the MERC has intended to target with the Strategic Outreach Attraction Reserve (SOAR) Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5602 and Michigan Senate Bill 769; the Michigan Strategic Site Readiness Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5603 and Michigan Senate Bill 770; and the Critical Industry Fund described in Michigan House Bill 5604 and Michigan Senate Bill 771.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
