Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
• All current price lists for commissary items and other products for inmate purchase within facilities under the jurisdiction of this agency.
• Any guiding policies related to the provision of commissary goods and changes in price to those items.
Please provide the appropriate commissary/canteen/store price lists for each facility within the jurisdiction of this agency. Please provide all applicable commissary price lists. If commissary prices differ between units or security levels within the facility, please provide each applicable commissary price list.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
