Good afternoon.

The Miami-Dade County Office of the Property Appraiser has received your attached public records request on March 21, 2018 wherein you request "any documents regarding the award of tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property to the Trump Organization and Trump Organization subsidiaries."

We are aware of the Trump National Doral Miami being assessed under Trump Endeavor 12 LLC and have a document that may be responsive to your request. However, we are not aware of all the "Trump Organization subsidiaries" that you seek.

Good morning Mr. Koob.

Per our conversation on 3/27, I have attached a list of properties in Miami-Dade County with the word "Trump" in the ownership line including information regarding the Trump National Doral Golf Course and the three Trump Towers in Sunny Isles. The Trump properties located in Sunny Isles are condominium towers. Condominium units are sold to individual owners. The units that remain with "Trump" in the ownership line are reflected in the attached document. There are 82 entries on the list.

In addition, I have attached a spreadsheet we previously created to easily review the assessments for properties assessed to Trump Endeavor 12 LLC (the Trump National Doral Golf Course). The record includes the improvements located at 4400 NW 87 Avenue and the entire golf area. The real property is divided into 20 folios and the tangible personal property divided between two. The record details the assessments from the time Trump Endeavor 12, LLC purchased the property.
