Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Casefiles on Charles Henry Williams, convicted rapist and murderer, Dade County Florida.
All police files including but not limited to (redacted if necessary):
Police reports
interviews
polygraph tests,
arrest records
any court records and prison records
PLUS police files on the 32 (?) suspected murder victims (redacted if necessary)
including but not limited to:
homicide investigation reports
autopsy and medical examiner reports
toxicology reports
witness statements and interviews
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello Anna,
I am forwarding your request to our Records Bureau. We may need more information (date of birth) so that we identify the correct Charles Williams. I do not see a Charles Henry Williams in our database but our Records Supervisor may have better luck. We will need the names and dates of birth of the 32 (?) victims that you also want. Thank you.

Thankyou very much for your reply
Charles Henry Williams was born in 1956 (possibly 1955)
I believe he died on September 23, 1994 (in Jackson Memorial Hospital's Jail ward)
I am not aware of the victims D.O.B (yes, likely 32- definitely 19) but if you require this, I shall have to try to locate.
One is Sandra Jackson, Born 1968 or 1969.
