This letter is to inform you that the City will require additional time to process your request. Under unusual circumstances, the City may be allowed up to 14 additional calendar days to complete your request. In this case, additional time is required due to the need to search for, identify and receive any responsive records from devices other than those owned/managed by the City. I have uploaded the PDF files to the public records website the City of Menlo Park utilizes. For request 127, there is a PDF portfolio with over 300 emails. For request 128, there are only two emails, both have been put into PDF. Ms. Herren (City Clerk) will provide you an email with access to the files, and you should be able to download them. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues with opening the PDFs.
