To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- The number of water account shut offs since 2018 by year, including amount of money owed
- The number of water account reconnections since 2018 by year
- A list of all service requests regarding sewage, drinking water, and water infrastructure from Opelousas residents since 2018, including request description, request received date, and request closed date.
- The amount of money collected through water bills since 2018 by year
- The 25 largest commercial water users broken down by year since 2018, including water usage amount and the dollar amount of money paid to the city for the service

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
