Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any signed and or executed contracts/agreement/ memo of understanding between the University of Memphis and Movendo.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
Please note that I am a citizen of Tennessee, and am using MuckRock's services to help manage and track my request.

In order to fulfill your request, you will need to provide proof of Tennessee residency. Please see the public records statue below.
Our Tennessee public records statute, Tenn. Code Ann. ยง 10-7-503, limits access to public records to Tennessee citizens. The relevant language reads: "All state, county and municipal records shall at all times during business hours ..., be open for personal inspection by any citizen of Tennessee ...." Id. at subsec. (2)(a).
Please provide our office a copy of your photo identification via this email.
If we do not receive a copy your photo identification within seven business (7) days of this email, the University will consider your request withdrawn.
