Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Communications, details, directives, results, questions, and all due diligence documents concerning OUTSIDE AUDITS this yearof the Sheriff's departments. To include, audits, inside and out of the sheriff's department evidence locker, Estrays, monies from drug busts and forfeitures, also monies from seizures.

Any directives from the Auditor's office in the year 2022 concerning the signing of names, this includes someone else, including subordinates signing names. Any directives instructing employees to NOT sign for one another.

Any policy on the signing of one another's names, we have the HANDBOOK which states this is not done, however, is this Auditor allowing it, if so, we would like the emails, or directives.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
