To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

This includes tenants who may have lost their housing because a family member was arrested or those whose arrest records led to a loss of benefits. Please indicate whether the person arrested/convicted was the the name on the voucher/housing certificate.

Please include this data from the past year, from January-December of 2019 for Section 8 as well as the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program (MRVP), and the Alternative Housing Voucher Program (AHVP).

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
