Hello Ms. Doogan,
I write to acknowledge receipt of your request and confirm that during our telephone conversation this morning, you have clarified that the charges you are interested in are PC 266h, PC 266i and PC 236.1. Additionally, we have agreed that the data requested will be for cases charged by my office within the time frame provided. As I indicated during our conversation, I believe that I will be able to provide the requested materials (charging document) by February 8, 2023. Because the requested charging documents need to be manually pulled, the anticipated date by which I am able to comply may change. If that is the case, I will reach out and provide a revised time estimate.
To the extent that your request encompasses police reports/other materials in our investigative file not filed with the court, I deny the request under Government Code 7923.600(a).

Just to clarify, I'm requesting case numbers for Penal Code sections 266h(b)(1), 266h(b)(2), 266i(b)(1), 266i(b)(2), 236.1(c)(1) & 236.1(c)(2) for the time period of 1/1/202 through 2/28/2022. I'm not looking for identifying information about the victims.
