Pursuant to the Maine Freedom of Access Act, I hereby request the following records:

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Davidde Signorine

Good afternoon,

Attached to this email please find our acknowledgment to your request for records regarding Thayne Ormsby. As you can see from the attached letter, we find that coming in and reviewing the file works best. Another option would be that I could provide you with the same material previously provided to other requestors. Please let me know how you want to proceed.

Thank you,

Trish

Good Morning,

Unfortunately, it won’t be possible for me to come in and review the file for myself.

I would be satisfied with receiving what you have already released in other requests. Would you be able to provide a list/description of the records that would be made available so I can check what may be missing?

I have found no public references to the interview with Thayne Ormsby on June 29, 2010 and any recorded interviews with Robert Strout regarding this case. Are you able to confirm if these audio/video records would be a part of the previously released records or, if they exist at all?

Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely

Davidde Signorine.
