The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good Afternoon,
Attached is an invoice regarding your request for records that we received on Wednesday September 22nd, 2021. This is only for 1 case, and in that case the only report available is an investigative report. This was a natural death and the certificate was signed by a medical doctor so no further investigation was needed or performed.
You requested 4 separate cases from our office. 3 of them, 21-01733/21-01742/21-01745, are open investigations and cannot be released at this time.
If you are interested in them in the future when they are completed, please let me know and we can invoice you at the times that they do become available. I do not have a time frame and it could be up to 16-20+ weeks depending on the specific case.
