Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with Fusus.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

"The City of Lynchburg intends to award the contract for a Real-Time Video and Incident Management Platform to FUSUS, Inc. of 5550 Triangle Parkway, Ste 100, Peachtree Corners, GA for $250,000.00 for an initial two-year term for all components and associated support to access the platform as allowed by Section 2.2-4303(E) of the Code of Virginia.
The Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) has started the implementation of a Real Time Crime Center and would like to add FUSUS’ services. This solution streamlines emergency and incident management by fusing all of the department’s and community's video assets into a single platform.
