Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting any and all parking lot video footage from the Texas Tech University "R02 parking lot" in Lubbock, Texas on January 31, 2024 between approximately 17:45-19:00 hours CST that shows
an accident between white Acura TSX sedan and a male subject on an e-scooter.
The incident was investigated by the Texas Tech Police Department , case# 240112.
The parties involved in the accident, driver of the vehicle, Lauren Kirk and the e-scooter operator, Cole Zarkivach.
The video is needed for future legal proceedings. If the video exist and cannot be provided to me at this time, I ask that the video be preserved.
If the video does not show the accident, please let me know. If the video is beyond retention please provide a copy of your retention policy.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
