Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Police Officer Demographics:
Similar to what is posted on your OpenData website, but more specific. In particular I am requesting the following ranging from January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2020 including, but not limited to:
Officer first name
Officer last name
Officer badge number
Officer rank
Officer district
Officer appointed date
Officer race
Office highest education received
Officer age
Officer job title
Police Officer Shift Information:
Additionally, for the same period as listed above (January 1, 2010- December 31, 2020), I am requesting the following information on all officer-specific shifts. For instance, I am requesting shift information with the ability to link each shift to a badge number. This includes the following, but is not limited to:
Date of shift
Shift/watch number (e.g., 1st watch, 2nd watch etc.)
Shift start time
Shift end time
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

This office has been advised that the program used to run data in the first attachment only captures DOB since ages change from year to year. DOBs are exempt from release pursuant to the personal privacy exemption in KRS 61.878(1)(a) as this is an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. The rank shown is the officer's current or last rank as it may have changed several times since 2010. Again the program does not capture assignments as those change repeatedly throughout the requested 11 year period.
In the second attachment you will find responsive data per your request for '(January 1, 2010- December 31, 2020), I am requesting the following information on all officer-specific shifts. For instance, I am requesting shift information with the ability to link each shift to a badge number. This includes the following, but is not limited to:
Date of shift
Shift/watch number (e.g., 1st watch, 2nd watch etc.)
Shift start time
Shift end time'
Any blank spaces in either attachment is a result of that data not being entered.

Apologies, but I believe the file LMPD personell is missing some information. In the file sent I only have badge, first name, last name, education, appointment date, and termination date.
Hence, I am missing the following information requested: officer race.
If it is not too much trouble, could you also include office sex as well?
